yep, i've also done the above, especially in the range rover and and agree, you can park out on the most distant edge of a car park only to find someone parked ridiculously close to you when you get back,,,

not sure what bigruss means by commonsense??

i'd have still parked at the edge of the car park even if just to stop someone trying to squeeze between the jeep and the land rover or even the left hand drive'd jeep backing into the land rover when he went to leave,,,

and besides, the jeep driver cant be that thick,, after all, he has made it all the way from romania in his jeep Thumbs Up

completely agree

always park at the end of an isle as far away from the one car next to you

or only non family cars eg two door sports car or a very expensive or brand new vehicle. More tjan likely they will be just as careful about their vehicle as you are abot yours

I have a jeep because my Range Rover kept braking down and only have the 90 for fun days and with under 19,000 miles the 90 has now broken down and been in the garage for 2 weeks and it look like I'm going to Yorkshire in the Jeep Grand Cherokee ,here's my badly parked but still running Jeep in Scotland (it got us there and back twice ) Laughing

I like people who park either at the back of the car park on their own or across two spaces, it’s fun to go and park right next to them.

Adds some amusement to my shopping to think it’s winding up the sort of person who thinks their car is somehow more important than everybody else’s Laughing

its not more important its about the less considerate - a significant number just dont care and will smash their way around damaging cars...not helped by small bays - maybe we should all give people room.

Quick question, if you buy two tickets, can you park over 2 bays? Mike

I must also confess to being a two bay Parker at my local supermarket, premier inn etc and after 4 years im proud to say there are no dents in my doors! It's become more of an obsession as I've got older and I've even found myself using parent and child spaces which I know cheeses many people off. My excuse last weekend to the Mrs was we have a 2 year puppy who just happened to be at home when we parked Laughing Very Happy
