right,
Just been on the phone to Ian, for us to have a day or two out in the spring or early summer shoulder season, he would do guided 4x4 based on 10 vehicles for £50 per vehicle per day- a significant discount. He suggested a day on the Ardverikie estate, and a day on the Alvie estate. Non damaging routes. How does this sound to folk? Chris |

Why don't we give the Landrover Experience in Dunkeld a call ?
Tell them that there's 100 landrovers arriving on site in January . Location is awesome and they have about 2000 acres to play on . |

Could do, I think Ian has possibly worked with them previously too......
I don't think we'll be short of room & tracks.....The Ardverikie estate is around 40,000 acres, I'm not sure about Alvie! Chris |

Sounds interesting, is it foolish to ask for a firm date this early?

Was planning to let the thread run-on a little while longer to see how many folk expressed an interest in late spring/early summer for a trip up- with a view to trying to firm everything up in the first week or so of January, and get dates/numbers confirmed?

I'd be interested in coming along. It's a trip down for me!
Good to meet up for a jaunt through the countryside but I can only confirm once you have a date. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1989 Defender 90 Toyota Aygo & Honda FR-V |

10 expressed an interest so far, this is starting to sound like a go-er!
Well pleased at the responses so far, at this rate we will end up needing 2 trips! Chris |

As before, Very interested.
£50 per day is a bargain, I'd definitely grab that. As for Land Rover Experience at Dunkeld, somehow I'm on their mailing list and hence see what they have on offer. Good looking itineries but VERY pricey, certainly far too rich for me! |

Depending on the date, I'd be keen to join in too. Although my landy is not very off road ready!
