Hi
Alive offer comfort lowering springs to go hand in hand with our uprated roll bar and bilstein B6 Dampers but it will work on standard springs just not to the extent it would with our full package Cheers Alex |

Does anyone have any advice on ARB's for a lifted 110? Mine has NO ARB's either front or rear.
I did change the springs (King +40mm with higher spring rate) and Koni Grand Raid shocks (set on Soft damping). The handling is definitely better than stock, but I would still like to reduce the roll a little bit. The main questions I have are: 1. OEM vs aftermarket 2. Front, rear or both? 3. As the suspension is +40mm, will I have to adapt the "tie-rods"? I assume that the greater pre-load will make them stiffer than a stock height vehicle? Cheers, redline |

If your messin about off road then you don't want your body tied to your axles. Land rover fitted ARBs are a " Compromise " for both on/off road . If you fit heavy duty then you'll be cornering on rails with no body roll BUT will have NO axle articulation for off road .. Remember ' Compromise ' it's your decision . Ps, I have a 2" front and rear lift also with no probs . |

Keith - thanks for the reply. I know its a compromise, but my 110 is probably spends 50% of its time on the road. And the nature of the off-roading here doesn't really require maximum articulation - the open diffs are a bigger limitation because of the traction on the sand.
