OK so, after many years away I've finally seen sense and got a 3yo 110 XS SW great condition bought outright and was planned to be a keeper (10+ yrs). However I've now been offered a new Adventure 110 Corris Grey and on an exchange and PCP cost very little per month. So do I stick with what l've got and have money to spend on it and improve it or do I swap?? As it will be on PCP I wouldn't actually own it after the three years so would probably have to chop it in and look for another older 110. I just don't know

At the end of the 3 years pcp you can finance the balance over 4 yrs with Land Rover to pay the rest off.
Only thing I would say is if yours is a good one Eg no leaks or paint issues is your better off sticking with what you've got as everyone having new ones, if any problems will be stuck with them as you can't sort them out with no production line to do the job and the dealer body shops are known to be crap. |

I feel your dilemma. Personally I don't think the LE Adventure will have become 'collectable' by then as most of them financed will be at the end of term as yours would be so there may be a few around for purchase at that time.
If you def think you'll have to sell it at that point I'd stick to what you've got, spend the excess on some funky accessories such as ride adjustable air suspension and a totally maxed out sound system with a sub that takes up all the loadspace........ kidding, kidding, honest.... ------------------------------- 👲🏻 1986 ex-Military 90 NAD 2.5 Soft Top. Thanks everyone, you're all of the same opinion keep what we've got. It is definitely the sensible thing as it's in great condition doesn't leak and has minimal paint issues. Also can mod without worries. Just the Adventure Is lovely and one of the last and could get under sealed from new. Was very tempting but stick with what we've got I think. Thanks guys.

That's a shame Steve...
I reckon, had I not been hooked on Green, to my detriment, I could have really loved the Tangoed Adventure... Rog... The GREEN One... MY2016 Urban Truck Build Thread - http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic40548....al[/color] |
