Switzerland 2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SVX Station Wagon Santorini Black

What is 75,000 SFR in real money anyway?

Well,.............. 75,000 SFR of course. Cool
But if you want to convert it into Scottish pounds, etc. that would be 49.527,55 GBP at the current forex rate. Thumbs Up

By the way, that white 90 is neither a Landmark, nor a Swiss Legend as is written in the advertisement. Not sure who did that leather conversion, but the side mirrors from a G-wagon you can get from Startech, but it is clearly not a Startech conversion either. Looks a horrible mix and match of various origin bits to me.

Speculation started? Speculation is in full swing here in Switzerland for some time now.
Look at the below Swiss car selling website just as an example. Right now it features 5 new Adventures and 8 new Heritages for sale, often at astronomical prices, from official dealers as well as from traders who went long back in May/June before official ordering closed here. They do find takers at those high prices. We are hearing that some people who missed out on ordering a new Defender here in Switzerland now quietly agree to really pay over the tops to still get hold of one.

That's crazy.
I'm glad that my dealer asked me if I wanted one of their orders in mid September, and with very good rebate.

But there are too many heritage here Big Cry my dealer sold 10 of them(4x90 and 6x110), well at least I was the first one to get it.

I did not buy it as investment, still, good to know that should the need arise I should get most of my money back.

Totally 300 Heritages were sold in Switzerland, together with approx 200 Adventures and 50 Autobiography. Our Geneva dealer alone sold 20 Heritages, all were delivered over the last 4 weeks. Interesting that I have not seen a single one of those on the road yet. As to Autobiography, understand zero were sold here in Geneva, people here do not like that kind of over the top plush.
Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

Just had word that the Heritage 90 that was up for sale here in Australia has officially changed hands for $90k AUD. Surprised to see that sort of appreciation immediately, values are only going one way from here too.
