110 wheel & tyre options
Right, only my opinion, but the standard tyres / wheel options when the 110 csw / utility leave the factory don't do it any credit in terms of looks, I think the tyres need to fill the arches a little more, hence 265 / 285 options.
Could you post pictures of your tyre / rim set up's so I can compare before purchase (please state what you have)

Thanks for the feedback gents! Thumbs Up New Tyres is one thing, but a new suspension set up would be another, back to the original thread, can we see some more pictures of wheel and tyre combos for inspiration please?

There is the issue with rubbing between the rear tyres and upper spring mount. So, for 285s, the wheel backspace sould be 0, on 8" wide wheels. In this way you do not rub with either side of the tyre. It is roughly equivalent to std alloys+30mm spacers. Puma 110" SW

IMHO 265 offers the best compromise between looks and off-road capability. 285 is simply too big Wink

I too was wondering about twisted axles, I saw several wheel arches being chewed up by oversize tyres at the cross axle section at Peterborough this year
