taffrican, I like them very arty and different and I have not seen that style before, maybe not to every ones taste but is not moding meant to be a little bit unlike the others, not the same. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

+1 for Safari Equipe
Click image to enlarge Worth thinking what you want them for. Mine have saved me from a nasty crunch already when I reversed into a bollard. Bent the bollard...no damage to the Bumperette. Great for standing-on when cleaning the roof or accessing a load on the roofrack. However also bear in mind if you want to fit another accessory. I fitted a Nakatenanga swing-away wheel carrier: Click image to enlarge As you see the wheel carrier used some of the existing holes which the Bumperette also uses. So I had to modify the Bumperette: Click image to enlarge All great now. The Safary Equipe Bumperettes are in great shape after 4 years.... no corrosion and they do the job very well Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |

I have these on mine. From border motorsport. The good thing is that it also replaces the mudflap bracket which always rusts out and it moves the mudflap upwards by 1" which stops it being ripped off by the wheel off road.

Does anyone know if you can fit the Mantec rear wheel carrier with the 'TerraFirma' rear corner protectors? YOLO... You Only Live Once...

Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge I have Equipe4x4 fitted to 110. Can't fault the quality or fit. Maybe another option to consider YOLO? The Mantec carrier will fit with respect to bolting onto cross member without any modification to bumperette. Not sure though if full door opening will cause the Mantec frame to foul on the back of the bumperette though. |

Another Keswick Green Defender in NSW! GREAT!
Many thanks for the post. I already have TerraFirma bumperetts fitted so don't really want to change them! But I would like to fit the Mantec wheel carrier as the HD wheels are rather heavy! Where in NSW RU mate? I am in Wollongong? YOLO... You Only Live Once... |

Hi Pete. From Newcastle, so same poor cousin just on the north side.
Sorry for going off topic, especially without posting in the welcome section first. Admiration for your passion for Keswick is too much to resist. Grasmere green with matching wolfs and a white roof though - gwaaaaarh. |

Has anybody fitted the Equipe corner protectors to a 90? I have just received a pair from Trek Overland and upon offering them up to the back of my 90 it looks like they are going to foul the mudflap brackets.

Less than £100 on the bay of E.
Been fitted for some time now. Really strong, well made and I think they look 'nice.' Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

I have some made by an English company called Venuture.
Only niggle I have is that as the rear cross member on the new puma tapers in at the ends, it makes the bit that wraps round the side not quite parallel with the wing. However, you could put a spacer under the outer side to make it parallel. Click image to enlarge |

I also have these, very we'll made and very strong, they do a wheel carrier version too. Only issue I've had with them, and it's only because i put them on my 300, is that the exhaust vibrates against it sometimes, an issue that isn't there with later models with exhaust that are lower and point to the rear. |
