I have the Wipac coloured. Straight swop plug and play on a Puma. Just fit the relay supplied under steering wheel

Too dark for photo. But very happy with them. Much brighter especially side/position lights

There you go, I went for traditional coloured on the rear, but clear is an option and just look like the front lenses (second photograph)... Mr. Green

Hi Stacey007,
I bought and fitted the RDX LED set from Bolt On Bits (also on eBay). They are very similar to the WIPAC, and both get good reviews, however I can only comment on the former.

Plug and play without a doubt. A very quick, satisfying job indeed. A doddle........ Thumbs Up

I went for coloured rear and clear front to replace like for like on my XS.

They make a tremendous difference.

Go for it. You won't be disappointed. Very Happy

I thought I've read something about problems with the trailer lights with the Wipac relay or has that been solved in time?
Getting fed up at the moment as it seems no matter how many times they get replaced under warranty, they always turn into fishbowls over time again... Confused

^^

A couple of people have mentioned this but I found no issues whatsoever with the Wipac relay supplied. Not sure if the Wipac relay may have been upgraded but it came with the kit and works a treat with the trailer light being adjustable to the point it flashes only once, exactly the same as having OEM lights fitted.

What is a little misleading perhaps is the fact they claim "When installing LED indicators/turn signals you will have to use the compatible LED relay supplied to correct the ‘fast flash’ characteristic when retro fitting LED indicator/turn signals." Whilst true what they forget to mention is that the adjuster on the relay itself does not actually change the rate of flash. It actually adjusts the trigger point of your dash trailer light illuminating. It should be adjusted so the trailer light illuminates once when the indicators are initiated without a trailer fitted. Hope this makes sense. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Personal choice really. A little work is required if you decide to go the whole hog, on the Wipac fog and reverse lights as they are not quite plug and play. They need to be spliced and the fog was not available in clear, Bearmach do a clear fog but the lens pattern differs significantly from Wipac.(It may well be now perhaps?)

Wheel carrier manufacturer can be seen on plate in above photo. Thumbs Up

I went for the Wipac clear uncoloured lamps for mine to keep with the black and silver theme, (I want to get the roof done in black next.) Cool

No trouble fitting them, all just plug and play Thumbs Up

Desperately needs a wash though Rolling Eyes
