Hi guys
Me and miss Shaggydog are trying to book our eurotunnel tickets for our holiday this year. When we put in the details for our 110 it comes up as "vehicle is under 1.8m" which is of course rubbish. If I put in my 200Tdi details it comes in as over 1.8m but the Td5 comes in as under 1.8- which it isn't. It wont allow us to proceed with the booking until we put in a reg. Has anyone had this issue before? How do you solve it? Running Restoration Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/post323197.html#323197 Self confessed mileage hunter |

Thats what we thought.
We have done it for now as vehicle over 1.8m with a roof rack/bikes just in case. Just a bit annoying really as eurotunnel has always been really good otherwise. Will ring tomorrow to confirm details Running Restoration Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/post323197.html#323197 Self confessed mileage hunter |

I always type in my nummer plate and always add roof rack to it, although I don't have one.
Never had a problem with being charged extra. |

I have been told by Miss Shaggydog that "its fine, I will ring them myself and confirm it"
I think I'm in trouble, I'm not sure, but ether way phone call has cleared it all up. As a reference for anyone in future because the system relies on Land Rover having put the correct information into a system if you get the same message I did, give them a ring and they will sort it out over the phone Running Restoration Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/post323197.html#323197 Self confessed mileage hunter |
