Unfortunately I did not fit my new A-bar, but I did make a start. I fitted the lower mounting brackets and moved my DRLs a couple of inches outboard to allow room...
Click image to enlarge I won't be able to fit the whole thing until I track down some ali rivnuts, or decide to go the nut and bolt route suggested by mk1collector. I've also decided that I *need* to refurbish the lower aircon grill. Oh, and I've 90% decided that I also *need* some driving lights too! Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

Thanks Greeni, they're pretty easy. I'll plug the left over holes with sealant before I fit the A-bar. I did have a sneaky test run to see what it will look like...
Click image to enlarge Can't wait to get it finished, but I do think the grill space looks a bit "empty" - I just can't decide between two conventional round driving lights or a light bar. Choices, choices!! Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

^^ TJ, nice spots. Look a bit like the Hella Luminator Compact LED, but don't think that is what they are, no? Always like spotlights in the A-bar which have the same diameter as the headlights.
Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

Picked up the new 110 from the garage after waxoyling.
The lovely new car smell has been replaced with the 'OH my god let me get the window open' aroma of Waxoyl. It is beginning to look the part of Nakatanenga demo vehicle though. Barbara |

As the plan to do lots of Laning throughout autumn/winter, I fitted Mudstuff's brilliant Labcraft Map Lights today.
I fitted one on both sides, as it focuses the light to where I need it, instead of relying on the main cabin light. Click image to enlarge |
