I did the tour last week. 182 autobiographies have been/are being built. Strange number but this is how demand has managed to stretch production from the original number.
There is no official limit to the other two as they are not 'limited editions'. It is just what the production line can manage in the time left. I presume all orders were taken a while ago and someone could tell you how many orders were placed, but numbers aren't technically limited. If you want a rare vehicle for future value, try finding a MY16 (is that right? Last registration of production anyway) 110 hardtop or other basic spec non run out model! 2002 110 td5 |

My Australian brochure mentions the following worldwide numbers: Heritage 2,654 Adventure 2,277 Obviously no Autobiography as they are not available down under. |

I did not expect to be told I'll be getting the only one ever built It was just a question out of curiosity, as there seems to be different informations out there. You say they are in no way limited, on some articles I read that they are limited to 400 in the UK, Avion8 says that from his informations they are limited to 2,654 worldwide... |

Subject was well commented already beginning of the year on here. See the following quote... You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |
