1996 Defender 90 300 Tdi CSW Coniston Green

What pressure plate bolt, M8 x 13mm or M8 x 16mm?

Land Rover say that the 6 pressure plate bolts should be changed also when clutch is replaced.
There are 2 different bolts;
- URC 000030 that is M8 x 13mm
- LR030000 that is M8 x 16mm

My Defender is SALLDVBS87A741661, what is the correct part?

I start to have all the parts;
- clutch assembly
- slave cylinder with thrust bearing
- spigot bearing
- transmission output shaft assembly
- gearlever bushings

Is here something else that should be changed while I'm there?
(Gearbox and transfer box oil of course.) Brgds,
