I use smart wheels, works great but does leave a slight Matt finish 2023 Defender L663 V8

Local car wash seem to be very good at taking paint off wheels
On a serious note some decent tfr or trick film remover or strong alloy wheel cleaner Then when wheels are dry paint the wheels with tyre shine to protect the rubber. |

Spray your mud flaps with Tyre Foam as well, it brings them up a treat.
