I use smart wheels, works great but does leave a slight Matt finish 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8

Local car wash seem to be very good at taking paint off wheels
On a serious note some decent tfr or trick film remover or strong alloy wheel cleaner Then when wheels are dry paint the wheels with tyre shine to protect the rubber. |

I think I'll go for the tyre foam cleaner (at some point) and report back. If it doesn't work, I'll will give PB&J a try.

Spray your mud flaps with Tyre Foam as well, it brings them up a treat.
