Re: the possible meet at the Heritage Motor Centre, my view would be to do that as a separate event, as getting down from Red Wharf Bay on the Sunday wouldnt leave much time to do the centre justice.
Just my 2c Cheers Simon |

Replying to S4XKP. Given the lack of interest from Solihull we are going to York to see BAS after the beach event so heritage is in the wrong direction for us this time. Would definitely like to go there with other landys on another day in the future.

Got to agree with Couplands that we wouldn't get our monies worth from a visit to Gaydon by the time we got there.
Anyone know of any other good museums in North Wales/Merseyside area? Perhaps with a motoring slant? Interested to hear where others are camping, as I need to book something the night before 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone 2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |

Lucinda, be interested to hear how you get on., Dafarn reads like a reasonable site.
Couplands, after reading the reviews, I'll get shot by SWMBO if I try and book in there. 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone 2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |

^^^ ooooh, which reviews did you look at..? I saw some here: -> http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=14571
....while they're only a few, they seemed ok. For 1 night we'll survive (I hope). The last "campsite" I was in was shared with a herd of sheep (that doesn't sound right, does it) and spent the next day scraping sheep poo off the bottom of the tent... cheers simon |

It would appear there maybe two sites with the same name
http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=8660 - your version reads much better, so might join you guys there. Personally I'm quite happy to kip anywhere, especially as its for just one night, but SWMBo has standards and a criteria 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone 2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |

My Mrs is coming along, so I hope its OK.. I can send you all the addresses if you like.. cheers simon Last edited by couplands on 3rd Aug 2015 2:43pm. Edited 1 time in total |

We're booked into the Bull Bay Hotel (SWMBO doesn't like camping) but would like to meet up Sat Eve with anyone who's around, any suggestions for Sat evening? Is there a pub near the most popular campsite?
Cheers, John. 2.2 90 XS 88" Series One Old Norton Minerva |
