Has anyone got one of the Terrafirma steering dampers especially the RTC (return to centre)? If so what are your thoughts and feelings and ultimately was it worth buying? Terrafirma seems some pretty good kit and have had Lightforce join up now too. http://www.terrafirma4x4.com/products_php.php?cat=11&grp=78

I bought that thing and I would never buy it again. Bad quality and a massive faulty design.

These are standard fitment on a 130 and the damper on a 130 is the same as all other models. What you describe I have experienced when fitting bigger wheels and tyres that were not balanced properly. It may be worth getting the fronts checked to make sure they are balanced 130's have feeling's as well you know ![]() |

I have had this once and it turned out to be a knacked wheel bearing but Andrew quote above is more likely. Boy |

Hi
I got one after replacing the boosts. Honestly it makes little difference to centreing the wheels IMO but it reduces wheel vibration and the jerks and twists that can occur offroading or hitting curbs etc ![]() 55 TD5 110 CSW Special Vehicle |

But then is that a good thing because you can't feel how hard your hitting things?
