They dont take much current.
The heated rear window supply is 20A. Possible to splice into the heated rear screen cable and fit an in line fuse, according to the diagram the + supply to the HRW is white & black. |

You can get the elements from eBay, cost about £17 for the pair.
Bit of a fiddle fitting the, devon 4x4 did a write up on the subject. I ran the cable down the arm and base so it cant be seen. Works a treat now. |

HI bosun,
where did you get the elements from? Hi Nicks, Got them from Scorpion when they were in business. Fitted a treat on my TD5, just haven't got around to fitting them on the TDCi yet. Just thought the heated rear window route might be easier. Used a switch in the spare aperture in the centre console before. Took some time routing the cables and connecting to the LR switch. Bosun |

Hi All,
The Devon 4x4 Guide has gone. Well I haven't been able to get to it. Says " File no longer on server". How do you get the wire into the cab? Any advice or pictures would be much appreciated. |

Ive fitted both heated mirrors onto my 90, the hardest part is feeding the cable through the bulkhead and through the spring part on the mirror.
