Has anyone ever used or heard of this stuff.
http://www.carinsulation.co.uk/product/40-...-deadening It states it uses Performance Flexible Aluminium Butyl Car Insulation. Does butyl not smell when it gets hot? It seems like a good product otherwise. Cheers 2.2 2012 110 utility Orkney Grey Also Range Rover Evoque - Surprising but I like it. I'd be a bit wary, no specs, no compliance to any? standards, but then I'm just a suspicious tw@t.
Other products have been used and either recommended or otherwise by others, try a search on here and benefit from others experience. Good luck Steve |

Looks like a good price for what is a regular-looking product.
Butyl is used in all these products. It's perfectly fine. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1989 Defender 90 Toyota Aygo & Honda FR-V |
