2012 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 USW Stornoway Grey
Car insulation product
Has anyone ever used or heard of this stuff.

It states it uses Performance Flexible Aluminium Butyl Car Insulation. Does butyl not smell when it gets hot?

It seems like a good product otherwise.

I'd be a bit wary, no specs, no compliance to any? standards, but then I'm just a suspicious tw@t.
Other products have been used and either recommended or otherwise by others, try a search on here and benefit from others experience.

Looks like a good price for what is a regular-looking product.

Probably fine, Dynamat in mine but Butyl doesn't smell at all.
It's sanwhiched between the foil and panel anyway.
