Interesting as there is a guy in court at the moment for flying a drone against the CAA regulations (and posting the footage on youtube).
Rules are you aren't allow to fly within 50m of a person or a building / structure that you aren't in control of. Additionally, it's illegal to fly a drone if you don't have visual, unaided line of sight control over. (I.e. you can't fly it just on a camera monitor). If it's following you behind you can't see it or be in control of it.... |
