There is 'limited' success with buying a single blank off E-bay. Two failures in the following thread....

Buy one and use it as a template and get 6 made with the following sizes....18mm, 16mm, 14mm, 12mm, 10mm and 8mm. Start with the 18, run with that for a few days then work your way downwards.

Could start with small hole like the one off ebay then if light comes on , file or drill hole larger and try again , at least its got slotted holes so fitting is easy
