Simplest solution is take the supply off your 100 amp megafuse then stick a 30/40/60 amp in-line to your Anderson positive dependant on what you intend using it for. If those ratings aren't enough just rely on 'diversity' and the mega fuse. Do you know what the craking amperage is when jumpstarting?

cut the terminal off and fit a different type
something like this eBay item number: eBay Item No. 381219697837 just need to get a heavy duty ring tag crimped on to cable you could fuse it , but would need to be 400-500a mega fuse something like this eBay item number: eBay Item No. 111105946492 |

k9f that link is for 30amp fuse ?
personally I would a lot heavier like min 300amp for jump starting ah ok sorry k9f , just read your edit about megafuse |

The horse box is only on a 3.5ton van chassis it's not a lorry as such.
I've fitted 175A durite connector.. |

the 175a seem to be the most common used for jump leads
