Very good ad You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

Yes they do from a non-dialogue perspective as rocket......oops sorry Land Rover 'polishers.' My experience with them has been varied.......infrequently good but more often as per quote 1.......
A paint repair their own bodyshop had carried out......

Hello stanley
Nice add but you do start to think as it gets to the main message that maybe for some it's a triumph of PR over experience. To be fair the majority of servicing (for me) at JLR has been good, they are just eye-wateringly expensive at between £1.50 - £2.00 a minute (but they would argue on-par with other 'premium car servicing') My last visit to my local JLR Dealer, a recall to fix seat belt bolts, resulted in the work being done ok, but someone, a mechanic probably, (called Matt) writing his name (durrrrr ) across my spare wheel cover, the car wasn't totally clean going in and so very fine hire-line scratches spelling out this guys name could be seen when cleaned off. It took me around 30 minutes to cut and polish this out. I now have a 'free valeting promise' against my vehicle, if I take it back there, I have no plans to take up this offer...
