Answering the Op's question, maybe because the Director of design is too busy on jollies such as this:
http://www.psfk.com/2015/03/land-rover-dir...-2015.html Can't bring myself to sit down and listen to him for 15 mins, so if anyone does - let me know if he says anything of interest |

" the core of Landrover is design"
Yep nowt about function, ability, practicality it's now designer cars and perceived lifestyles. Alas I feel the only part of a new defender that will exist it's it name other that that there will be no link to its heritage in any form |

Well I have been told that you will be able to view the new production vehicle on the start of next month, and you can then place an order on the day for delivery that will arrive exactly one year later. 130's have feeling's as well you know

Bear in mind that the start of next month is April 1st but the article linked below does seem to hint at a preview very soon..

Answers 1 and 2....It didn't stop a number of people dashing out as quick as their feet could carry them or simply on a whim to place a deposit on the DC 100 a number of years ago. http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic12525....osit+dc100 Whatever it may be or look like I'd wager they'll sell like hot cakes. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |
