As it is panel mounted and in the most obvious place you don't want to fit it I think your options are limited.

yes, I know, my options are limited.
the Blendmount Kit is a great idea, but not for EMS2 i think. Mud puma Pod is first choice, but over there I'd like to put my Garmin 176C. other options that i thought (another impossible crazy idea for my landy  ) i was to print a support with a 3D printer and put on the dashboard, similar to this

You can get a purpose made mounting kit for the EMS2 but I am not sure if that will help you decide where to put it.

**EDIT** I work in the marine industry and note that the Madman EMS2 has a size of 60mm x 60mm. Do you have the option of removing the bezel and be left with a round gauge? If so have you considered a "boat gauge pod?" I threw in a diameter of 80mm and came up with the few below. Try a bit of 'Googling' down the marine route to see if anything is suitable or adaptable.

I've found the perfect position for the Madman. I am having the same question, and had previously thought to install as suggested by Daniele (and get a smaller steering wheel), but your solution is pretty neat... Are you planning to commercialize it? |
