As it is panel mounted and in the most obvious place you don't want to fit it I think your options are limited.
http://shop.challenger4x4.com/mud-uk-land-...-941-p.asp With my Scangauge II I bought a 'Blendmount Kit' and mounted it above and on the rear view mirror well out of the way. yes, I know, my options are limited.
the Blendmount Kit is a great idea, but not for EMS2 i think. Mud puma Pod is first choice, but over there I'd like to put my Garmin 176C. other options that i thought (another impossible crazy idea for my landy ) i was to print a support with a 3D printer and put on the dashboard, similar to this Click image to enlarge but 3D print costs too much for the moment. Is there any similar support on the market?? Jay |

You can get a purpose made mounting kit for the EMS2 but I am not sure if that will help you decide where to put it.

Does that mean "Read my first post you plonker!" In Italian?
No offence meant or implied Daniele. **EDIT** I work in the marine industry and note that the Madman EMS2 has a size of 60mm x 60mm. Do you have the option of removing the bezel and be left with a round gauge? If so have you considered a "boat gauge pod?" I threw in a diameter of 80mm and came up with the few below. Try a bit of 'Googling' down the marine route to see if anything is suitable or adaptable. Good luck. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=80+mm+bo...p;tbm=isch If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Hi to all
I've found the perfect position for the Madman. For me is this: Click image to enlarge (3D planning) And this is the first prototype that need some adjustments Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge I choose this solution becouse the device (any, not only the madman) is out of the steering wheel size, and during the driving must not move yourself to see the device. When I'll finish the bracket I'll cover it with some imitatione leather or plastideep. Jay |

Naks, quite often the simplest of solutions are the best. I like that idea! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Very nice Jay!
I am having the same question, and had previously thought to install as suggested by Daniele (and get a smaller steering wheel), but your solution is pretty neat... Are you planning to commercialize it? |

I don't know, but if someone need the bracket or somthing else, I can realy think for comercialized it, with my other works. For the moment I finish this and then we'll see, if there is someone interested Jay |
