There is a non return value in the nearside wing near the bulkhead. Mine had failed giving very poor spray to the windscreen as you suggest. It looks like a a normal joining connector.

Cheers. I just picked up the stuff to fit a pair of dual nozzles to the bonnet. Can't be bothered ripping open the dash to repair the originals. I fit a new non-return, too.

Don't need to rip out dash just to get at the existing outlet.
Lots of good stuff on this site, eg I used this advice: http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic17143....asher+jets when my washer broke in a car wash over here. ![]() Pulled the new assembly apart and pushed on a new one to replace the Landy default design. Sold the much modified 110 2.8, in Oz Brought the 90 home from Switzerland ... |

No return valve, I was getting hardly a drip, replaced it and now it's like a pressure washer
![]() Both front and back valves are located inline under the bonnet between the heater box and the wing near the bulkhead. |

Or just take the non return valve out. Even OE ones fail
