I wouldn't expect any problems with this as if oil is really coming that high in the breather soemthing is wrong anyway and you have to change the oil anyway.

i agree in that i dont think fumes would be an issue. that said my auto when she gets hot on a long winch (300ft ish) climb over a certain gradient will chuck some ATF out the breather, if i had combined breathers this could be a problem.
