110 CSW XS 320 - 360 on a tank, but 50% of that time is towing boats up and down a mile long hill in 2nd and 3rd. Got over 400 on a tank once motorways at 65mph.
DeCat pipe coming soon which apparently should make a big difference, but so would smaller boats...... Click image to enlarge Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

Well I've just ticked over the 400 mile mark, I know thats not a lot but it had 1/4 of a tank in when I picked it up and I have since filled the tank twice and have got just under the 3/4 of a tank still in the tank with just over a 110 miles in the trip.
I don't think I'm getting anywhere near your figures |

My main reason fo checking the MPG is I do a lot of Aberdeen to Norfolk drives and need to plan my off motorway reasonable priced fuel stops. I normally fill up in Aberdeen and then in Penrith and that'll see me home.

My puma 90 also uses like 10L/100km
(with roofrack) I drive mostly to work doing 80 to 90 km/h in sixth gear so I don't expect any lower numbers |

p-j,
Welcome to the forum, by my calculations that is a very reasonable economy for a 90. In imperial it equates to about 28-30mpg. Not bad at all! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

The best I got was 8.50 l/100km on my 90, but it varies a lot and it seems to be going up nowadays... No roofrack, no snorkel, no aircon. |

I tend to run up and down the motorways alot from Cornwall to London at 55-60mph (2000rpm) in the 110 and get a good 400 miles from a tank, (with brownchurch roofrack and lots of junk in the back..)
but went to Goodwood at the weekend and ran back at 70 all the way - only got 350 out of the tank ... so wont be doing that too often! While on vacation in South Africa I did a trip from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria and a bit of driving around there. Traveled about 2400km, 99% highway driving, doing 90% of the time 130-135km/h GPS speed. Used 365 lt for the entire trip. Average of 6.57km/l. I am running a 2" TJM lift, BFG Muds, ARB bulbar, Roof light bar with 4 IPF light, National Luna 90l fridge, dual batteriers, 45lt extra tank and outback draw system in the back in a 110 Puma with Dastec performance chip. So a little higher and heavier than normal. I am sure I can get better consumption, but why?
