After my 57 plate 2.4 was attacked plenty of info on here re this, my solution was to fit led indicators all round and run 2.5amp fuses in the indicator systems and uprate the alarm ones to 15amp thieving scrotes can do what they like to my indicator wiring now. As for the seat boxes I have padlocked mine with small hasp and staples. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.

Another cautionary note to all defender owners,
Having dealt with many stolen recovered defenders and seeing cctv footage of defender thieves in action I would confidently say that a standard defender puma/td5 with a factory alarm can be stolen/ driven away in under 3 minutes easy.....how frightening a prospect is that So for anyone debating extra security please please do it, spend a little bit of time and money and you should be able to hang on to your pride and joy no problem. 2003 Td5 90 2013 sport hse 2012 700 raptor quad 2012 siromer 4x4 tractor |
