I've got those for fog and reverse. Got them off eBay. Bolt on bits iirc.

Im curious as to why the standard lights were removed and replaced with these by a commercial company. We do these things because we like to tinker and improve things, but I'd have thought SSE would say "why replace something that works?"
I quite like the look of them. Thinking of using them on a 130 and on en expedition trailer.. They're a hell of a lot cheaper than the mobilecentre 95mm SVX jobbies. |

I would suspect that the lights were changed so as to reduce the load on the electrical system so that other kit could be added without the need for increasing the output of the alternator which would be much more expensive than the new lights. Possibly. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

For me it was about far brighter lights / so safety. I also added a high level brake light for the same reason. I expect this might be the reason SSE did it as well as adding the high viz markings.

I only use them for fog and reverse as they are square they match up to the old style square lamps it used to have. I dont think they look great for the other lamps, and ive got 72mm round LED ones for those which are pretty bright.
