Fitted one heated seat kit. (Waeco)
Temp wired it in the pre heat setting to see what it was like. My god it's hot. Certainly has to be fitted permanently on the lower setting. Fitting was easier than I expected but much more time consuming than I bargained for. |

Bought a winch today for my rear mount got it home and found its not working with just a click Nice when you meet the person and they seem genuine telling you it all works well! Still at least it can be sorted after taking it to bits for a look inside. Defender puma dormobile camper

Took a trip up Hay Bluff earlier on today. The drive up was promising, slippy on the wheelmarks

Set out today to tighten up the wheel bearings but found one of my rear brake discs was covered in gear oil so got the rear hub seals to replace again now, BP ones lasted about 3 months.
then fitted my new H/D steering rods inc ball joints and planed to replace the drop arm / ball joint aswell but it was just solid so will have to get some cutting discs ready for next weekend. then decided to replace my fuel solenoid but the new one is leaking badly but think its not been tightened properly so i will have another look at it before i got to work tomorrow. so not a good day really Graham 1988 Defender 90 county 200tdi ( Beast ) Paul Walker 1973-2013 ( I Almost Had You ) |

Yep, that was me, you'd got a Grand Cherokee behind you The Suzuki following me down was just following for some reassurance I think. Was some really pleasant weather up there with some cracking views.

Yeah, Jeep was coming up the road as I pulled out of my drive about 500 yards down the road from where we passed. I didn't want to be stuck behind him all the way up the valley so I nipped out in front of him and was showing him some black smoke. I didn't see him again after passing you

There had been one or two attempts to get to the top by some along with the evidence of them turning round. The roads weren't too bad just a little care needed

Spent all day in Pboro marshall trying to sort a deal for the wife's new utility xs 110, build date given end June !
Cannot decide on colour. Bit disappointed on wait as the trade in will keep going down in value. Keswick green or Havana or corris grey is the question ! |
