No hazards or indicators
Thought this was going to be simple but I can't (easily) locate the indicator relay.

Any advice please - it's an 06 90

Thanks
Gavin

Is the connector / plug on the rear of the hazard switch securely connected?

Didn't even think of that Steve - is that a likely cause ?

Does the hazard switch just unclip,or is there a knack to it ?

Thanks

If it isn't that, think the relay is in the dash behind dials, only a few screws to get binnacle off...! Mine went on my 04 dc and it was there...

Cheers. Alex

I know that on the Puma if the hazard light switch is removed the indicators won't work or the hazards obviously.
This is why I mention that maybe it's loose or not fully connected.
It in-clips from behind by two metal tangs, I'd have thought the TD5 wouldn't be too much different.
Failing this it might well be the relay.

How on earth do you remove the central switch panel - obviously the two screws under the panel but how is the top connected to the underside of the dash ?

Thanks
Gavin

There are 3 screws that hold it in place under the Dash. You have to either remove the dash, or loosen it enough to see them.

the 3 screws only need to be undone slightly and then it will slip out.

Censored .

Thanks Paddie - I was hoping it wouldn't involve the dash.

Sorry for my ignorance but where are those 3 screws located.

Thanks again

Gavin

Just been looking on the wibbly wobbly web and found this;

http://www.reedx.net/landrover/mods/2002da...e_diag.gif

You can see (hopefully) three lugs on the console. That is where the screws are

Hope this helps.
