Anyone who knows what the final year of puma is? Is the 2011 puma going to be the last defender as we know it?

I think (without looking and from memory) its last run is 2012 so 2013 is the last year of this type to buy

2014 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Firenze Red

Are there actually any definitive changes to the 2011 Defender. I seem to remember something about a pedestrian friendly front end but not sure. Anyone know any different?

I seem to know more bout the Defender than my dealer as when pricing up a 130 he was well and truly muddled up between a chassis cab, double cab and a 110 double cab

He qouted all the wrong prices.

Any better ideas on when the last year is?

A dealer I spoke to said the Defender would carry on until 2015 as they were now all commercials, and so avoided the 2012 regulations that would have killed off the passenger varients.

Is that the general view

There was a thread about this, you are right I think, re-classified all as commercials so can carry on production for a while longer.

Maybe the new one is taking longer to design than they thought, or worse maybe they have got Victoria Beckham on the case as with the new RR and she needs more thinking time
