I would clean it up and grease both the catch, and the bonnet pin,
Had this happen on a td5 at work, just lack of lube was fine afterwards! Also check alignment of bonnet pin and catch by removing the grille and checking. Check cable for any slack and adjust as required. Ian 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

Yep, one of the first things i done when i got mine,
when i went to look at it, i noticed how badly the bonnet opened and shut! Ian 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |
