Went to collect new side steps for her and discovered she is missing a front mud flap.

Maybe, I'm not quite sure in that one.
Could be worth asking Dan @ Duckworth parts again, you can get a quote at least and he will be able to tell you if they are in pairs only. |

Fitted a Maplins central locking kit today to the two front doors (90 CSW). Not tackled the rear door yet but hope to later tonight. As I have a 270 alarm, I have no handy means of attaching the central locking outputs to it, so I'm working with a remote receiver with fob in the meantime, while I watch that famous auction site for a 280 alarm.
The Defender is a nightmare when it comes to routing wiring. I've fitted the genuine rubber wiring gaiters between the doors and the bulkhead but getting the wiring from there to the module was a right pain. I'm really pleased with the results and pushing a button certainly beats faffing about for a key on a cold wet evening! Jon. Defender 90 TD5 CSW - The longer I own it, the newer it gets!! |

Took the soft A-bar and spots off, as I just don't like them. Had the obligatory bolt that wouldn't budge, lots of swearing, all off now, so its pub time

ACF 50'd my trailer wheels / rims.
Slight corrosion starting on them so in the future might think about alloys instead. Not quite sure how they'd look though.. |
