has anyone do that?

I seen one some time ago in a TD5. they used a scrapped motor and mechanism from other TD5.
Works OK. Probably alsio you can use those system to transform manual to electric ones with more less the same results

if i understand right, you take the mecanism of the front window and you transform it to the rear door.

I did hear of a one off which rolled out off the line with fitted rear electric windows.

I can't see there being a space issue in the door for this, I would think the hardest part is going to be setting the stops up properly even over the wiring.

Along time ago when god was a boy there used to be kits that had external motors ie a plastic box that piped over the handle spline nice Rolling with laughter

It's something I've thought of as a solution to stopping the bloody rear windows from shacking open on rough tracks.
