Fuji White Hard Top with a twist

Hi Guys,

Finally took the plunge and bought a new 90 so thought i'd better start a new thread. Been on my mind for a long time now but couldn't make my mind up on what to go for, had feelers out with a few dealers in the uk and then this popped up! It's a brand new 2.2 Hard top in Fuji White with a Santorini Black roof and dual finish alloys. Has a few comforts like, convenience pack, comfort pack bluetooth head unit etc.

After one heck of a journey to go and collect the Defender i finally got it home late saturday night.

First thing sunday it was into work and on with fitting a few bits i had already obtained. First up was an XS leather steering wheel and cubby box to replace the standard tray

After this i quickly fitted some smoked indicators but forgot to get a picture!!

As with everyone i have a huge list of things to do to this, i have some tasty bits on order and will upload plenty of pictures of them being fitted

Sorry for the terrible pictures will have to invest in a better camera!

I loved my white 90 but then got converted to the dark side-Santorini Black-you've got best of both worlds.

Absolutely gorgeous. Isn't it ironic that as production is coming to an end, we are seeing some really superb cars coming through.

Such a shame they can't extend production that little bit longer.

Thanks for comments guys, I made sure it was waxoyled fully by the dealers body shop before I collected it BP man, I usually do this myself but as I had to do 400 miles in the uk when I picked it up I wanted it done before hand!
Absolutely love driving it, won't be using it much until my new parts arrive and are fitted

Absolutely crying out for some black wheels in my opinion! Never been a fan of the dual finish alloys particularly...

Lovely though, have a soft spot for white defenders & the black roof suits it well! Cheers, David

Black chequer plate kit, kbx premium grilles, wing tops and wing vent, mud uk side panels, 30mm wheel spacers, front mud flaps, tow pack, sound deadening kit. Just to start with haha

The black wheels had crossed my mind and may be a possibility in the future but I like the wheels that are on it

Sadly the silver finish on those alloys just doesn't cut the mustard. Black roof/black wheels would be more on trend for the fashion police.

On the other hand some battenburg vinyl decals along the sides might clear the road ahead on your way to work?
