Thinking of replacing my stock side lights with LED ones.
Having never done this before, is it a simple unplug/plug in type job? Or is it more complicated than that? What's the best make to go with? I'm not looking for anything flashy. Just robust, watertight etc. |

I went with some Wipac LED front side lights - really simple plug and play swap.
The only thing I would say is that for side lights - you cant really see them from the side compared to the normal lights. http://defender90xs.blogspot.co.uk/ |

I bought mine bit by bit, more expensive in the long run but suited me at the time.
Just need LED side repeaters now, I think I know of some in the pipeline too. |

Thanks for the advice.
Yes, ultimately I would like to do all of them (front and rear) but will have to do it but by bit. Where's the best place to get the RDX ones from? |

I think that's a misprint - I am sure it's supposed to be £157ish, but give them a call 2.2 Tdci 110 XS CSW Corris Grey

Agreed, it seems there is a spurious 9 in front of all the BoB prices for some weird reason...
The RDX LED replacement side lights should be around £15 each... Rog... The GREEN One... MY2016 Urban Truck Build Thread - http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic40548....al[/color] |
