Get someone with a Nanocom or similar to alter the settings on the alarm.

Hi Simon, I guess you know you have to remove the key after turning ignition on/of, and remove negative terminal first? Cheers, Vincent

the back up sounder should not go off if you turn ign off then disconnect battery within 10-15 secs as in first post ,
I've never bothered taking the key out just turn off before disconnecting battery can't remember the time you have to disconnect battery after turning ign off , but 15 secs doesn't ring a bell , take you have tried disconnecting as soon as possible I would check all the fuses to do with alarm , think there are 2 or 3 fuses to do with alarm |

Vincent, Yes, removed the key and also tried both keys. I removed the earth ASAP, certainly less than 15 secs after removing key. cheers Simon |

^^^ I only need to swap a winch cable over, so will disconnect the battery and suffer the alarm for a few minutes...
Perhaps a pair of ear defenders is the answer... Cheers Simon |
