Hi landyman40
Are they GRP if so a hand grinder with the right cutting disc. A GRP Disc won't clog (as easily) you can also use a lubricant, washing up liquid will do A Hand Grinder gives a clean cut too SKIP https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic83242.html |

If you were closer I'd say drop it in to my work and I'd run it through the waterjet for you.
Otherwise does anyone neer you have a big circular saw? |

I would have thought that a saw blade rather than a disc would be better, the grinders will ' melt' the cut- a circular skil saw would be best running along a clamped straight edge..

I had a pallet full of the stuff in various sizes to make waffle boards out of. I simply sued a 9" grinder with a diamond disc or a Stainless disc in. Done in seconds. Wear appropriate PPE as it is a dusty old job
