Keith, relationships are not easy. We do not formally learn about them at school, rather watch and listen from family to foe, close mate or stranger then add or perhaps subtract the good and bad into out own make up. Let alone work out our own genetic downloads, and our parents behaviours because they did exactly the same.. There is a lot to get in a pile.

Try and keep it calm, try not to put your self down. It takes two to make up a relationship and 50% of the problem, and the good times belongs to the spouse. Not a great deal to be gained by allotting blame, no one has a rule book.

As mentioned before don't eject all from your life because the current situation is bad. Nothing gained by chucking away an expansive roof rack, or selling it at fire sales prices. I threw the key to the house on the table, closed the door, and walked away I was so burnt. It took a long time to get back up. I'm much better for it, just was harder than it had to be.

Feel free to PM if you like. I have no professional skills in relationships, just my own meandering experience. My new wife was also divorced. But we both agree you can get it very right the second time. My Defender and travels

It takes by balls to say that.

I hope this ending soon transitions into a new beginning for you.
