I've never really heard of one drying out. I dont think a new 12v horn will cost you too much.
But as mentioned, before you go purchasing new, make sure you have full battery voltage to the horn from the plug. |

mine regularly gets filled with mud. a quick blast with the jet wash solves those issues

Horn was - so have got it changed out for a dual tone BMW one which is a bit more punchy. The Rules:-
1 Buccaneer comes back alive. 2 Chicks dig scars. GB260 |

So did the horn sound change before or after the Trucklites were installed. If after, seeing as the horns are behind headlights, then definitely check connections. LANDYWATCH
