Hi Everyone,
I've been trawling through the forum since I bought my 2007 3-door 110 hard top and I'd like to have a re-map but I'm too far away to drop into one of the site sponsors .... Does anyone know of any Land Rover re-mapping specialists in or around Christchurch? Alternatively, if I do a remap via post/email what do resets/unlearning do I miss out on? Finally is there anything unique about the ECU reading/flashing hardware they sell or can I get it locally (or from China). Cheers. |

Hmmm, I don't know if I would rush back as a tourist...
The quaking stopped ages ago and life is truly back to normal but the sad reality is that we now live in a still great but ugly city. It doesn't help that we have a government that breaks promises & cheating insurance companies.....but I guess we aren't alone there. |

I had an Autologic tune and it is a generic tune based on a factory vehicle. It does not have the capability to adjust to further modifications if it is your intention to do some, for example intercooler, decat etc. In the end my modifications 'threw' the map causing me overboost issues. I binned it and went with BAS, Gary's from Alive is equally very good. My advice do not go with Autologic, whilst it is a good remap on a stock vehicle it is very limited in capability and in the end you may have to find something with more flexibility. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!
Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! Last edited by K9F on 5th Jan 2015 12:06pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Ive done quite a few for people in Christchurch that visit a garage who arranges it for them.
We have recently sent out our remote MPF option to a couple more which allows remaps via the "cloud" https://secure.bellautoservices.co.uk/stor...landrover/ We do advise in the hot climates a large intercooler to be fitted to keep the air intake temps down. Regards Pete |
