Light switch??
After fitting the Landreiziger headlamp loom, new crystal headlamps,Osram nightbreakers, cheapo led front sidelight bulbs,I now think my light switch is broke Rolling Eyes Banging Head .

In position 1;I get dipped beam as well as sidelight, (note, dipped beam NOT dim-dip).

Position 2; exactly the same, dipped beam and sidelights.
Main beam works normally and I can flash whatever the switch position maybe.

Probably not used my headlamps since February, lol.I tested the lights at the time I fitted them and all was well,it seems to have happened today when I switched my sidelights on coz of heavy rain.

If it is the light switch?? I assume Lucas (Prince of Darkness, lol) is the one to go for?? Or could it be the cheapo led bulbs??

FWIW,for the headlamp loom I used the live feed from the alternator and earthed it to the cylinder head. Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.

Er,yes and no,I had dim dip recently,but assumed it's a fault causing dim-dip or a fault that stopped it working,mostly I don't have dim-dip Confused . Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.

Just simply unplug the resistor??As simple as these pics suggest,or remove relay behind binnacle and rewire the relay holder?? Cheers.
