I like the front lights, not sure if I like LED's in the rear (keeping it traditional) Plus I have the rear lamp guards in the rear.

If you go for LED's on the rear too you can keep original colours or go all clear.
I went for colours on the rear but clear up front inc side repeaters. I had colours all around before.
They work with lamp guards too as they are the same size. Thumbs Up

You can get any colour combo you like between clear and amber (orange) indicators.
As I mentioned previously I had colours on the front and coloured side repeaters, now I've got clear on the front and colours at the rear.
Only thing I don't have yet is the fog and reverse but those will be colours too.
XS style basically.
Previously, fronts:

Previous side repeaters:

I've only had the LED's on and new relay in for a couple of days, really like it.
Even gets rid of the trailer light on dash when it isn't needed but still works if a trailer is on.

Apologies in advance for the photo quality**

That'd work nice but I doubt the studs dimensions would match.
I'm not a fan of drilling holes if at all possible to avoid doing it.
Even tried SMD bulbs which work to perfection but of course not 100% legal. Evil or Very Mad
