Looks good (photos on previous page) Amp should be okay but make sure nothing else goes under there.
Could do with some washers or something to give a gap between the mounting and Amp.
Remember heat rises.

ive got 10 sheets of it waiting to go in!!! i went for the stuff with the CCF attached! im doing all of the 110 floor with it!. and eventually a wrights of road matt, from Drew not a cheap project this sound proofing! My 109 thread

How much difference does it make to the racket (I know this is subjective).

Mine are currently dampered, awaiting CCF, but haven't got onto the MLV layer yet.
