Yes she is a 1991 110 CSW Thumbs Up

Top of bulkhead both sides getting very holey - recommended change bulkhead as patch would never be as good as original.

Clutch still needs doing as does rear oil seal leak which is getting worse.

Rear diff needs its nose seal doing as its loosing lots of oil (and I'll be dammed if I'm responsible for the death of a motor cyclist)

And I've got a horrible feeling my injectors are getting very "clickey" which could ether mean injectors warn or fuel pump needs reconditioning which after 149500 is very likely...

there are some good guides about for doing those yourself, if you are so minded.

The bulkhead is a big job if it does need changing, but clutch and diff seal aren't too major - the seal is pretty straightforward.

Injectors - I've bought reconned sets from united diesel for around Ł250-300 and they're extremely simple to install.

Got rid of my annoying rattle.
It's amazing what you find behind the rear speakers of a 110.

Gave it a good visual check over as it's in for the mot on Friday Big Cry all looks good so I'm hoping it's a straight through

It went straight through with just two advisories for "slightly corroded brake pipes" so a quick clean up and a covering of grease and she's all legal for another year Mr. Green....... Now, just for my other very long long list of jobs I want to do Rolling Eyes

Drove a 400 mile round trip today to get a remap and a few little bits from Chris at CSK.

Wasn't sure what to expect but Chris was a pleasure to deal with, had a good chat and look around the place and most importantly the car drives beautifully now, pulls like a train in the higher gears and no juddering in the lower ones. Throttle response is sharper and the car 'kangaroos' much less. Well pleased!

Strongly recommend it, how the 2.4 should have lest the factory. And a very reasonable price too compared to the competition.

Thanks a bunch, Chris! Thumbs Up Cheers, David
