Thanks,
Not actually sure I am selling it, hard to replace. Yes we fitted the glass ourselves. |

Mcma1 I sent him a 'pm' suggesting as much. There is also quite a comprehensive 'how to fit' link on Landyglass website.

Hi Cevapcici,
Did you buy the standard 8700 or the 8700 Evolution? 8700 (no integrated side light) http://www.mobilecentre.co.uk/index.php?ma...cts_id=398 8700 Evolution (integrated side light) http://www.mobilecentre.co.uk/index.php?ma...cts_id=570 The X-tech comes with headlights that feature integrated side lights instead of the completely separate side lights on the non-SVX grille. this requires the 8700 Evolution which has the integrated side light. You can see the subtle differences in the 2 links as the evolution has a little eyebrow type slit above the first glass ball which would be the second plug and operate as a side light. regards Steve =================================== Steve 90 xs sw in Stonoway Grey - Sold 110 USW X-TECH |

Steve,
Thanks for the quick reply! i bought the evolution. Do i have to get some sort of connector that plugs each plug from the car into one plug into the headlight for the first switch setting on my headlight stick to work? |

Iv'e just checked the Speaker site so as to not suffer the wrath of opinion over knowledge (which I fully back ).
The standard 8700 or on the website '8700 HB' is the type without the integrated side light. The 8700 Evolution is with the integrated side light. From your link, they have put the standard light picture but referenced the 8700 Evolution. You have a case to go back to them with. =================================== Steve 90 xs sw in Stonoway Grey - Sold 110 USW X-TECH |
