2010 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Santorini Black

Thanks guys, question I was going to ask about the winder handle answered, in the same vein, do you have to remove the trim which surrounds the door release handle on the back door card to get the card off? if so any tips?

There should be a plastic insert within the moulding behind the pull handle bit, pop it out with a screwdriver and all becomes obvious.
